Journeys End

 Lord help me today, again I need your help until my journeys end. I know that you hear  for you're just a prayer away. Lord I repent of my sinful ways I draw closer to you today.

The Lord He's waiting just for you won't you take time to pray he'll help you too along the way and help you reach your journeys end.

Oh I know the journey is rough and hard at times the valley low and the mountains are high and hard to climb. Don't give up or don’t give in just keep your eyes focused on Him.

1st True Love ❤️

 This takes me back a day or so 37 years on June 11th I married my 1st true love!

The day that we met it was answered prayer from when I was just to young to be thinking about any relationship let alone marriage.

I talked with a minister and I shared my hearts prayer with him what I desired in a wife.

And he said this is what I want you to do you make your request known to God in a prayer everything you desired and this is what I want you to do crumble that paper up put it in the trash and in doing that you give that prayer to God.

37 years ago on June 11, 1988 that very prayer was answered that day.

She was and is the best thing that happened to me other than giving my heart to the Lord, I remind myself of that from time to time in the rough season and blessed as well.

Thank you dear Lord for that answered prayer that still lives on to this day.

There's so much more that I can say but I'll wait and share it on another day!!!

OH LORD HELP ME!!

 OH LORD HELP ME!!

Oh dear God I truly want to worship and honor you today but this I've got to do!

Father you gave up your son to die on an old cruel rugged cross for me and my own sin, yes you shed your own blood for a sinner such as me!

Help me Lord to walk in and with a forgiving heart for those who've hurt me in deepest disrespect and hurtful ways!

Oh Lord it's a dark place with no peace at all in an unforgiven heart!

Help me Lord to forgive even when apologizing never comes for the hurt that those have caused me in this heart of mine!

It's a pain that's hard to carry 😪 💔 but I know that in and through it all you've not left me alone for your with me even now!

Oh dear Lord I do pray your blessings on those that have hurt and caused a broken heart 💔 help them in their walk today and it's in Jesus name I pray Amen!! 🙏 🙏🙏🙏

The Alter to Pray~

 The Alter to Pray~

Today on this Lords day I could've just stayed home, oh I wanted too believe me but I felt that yearning, that tug at my heart.

Off to church I went but one with a heavy weighted heart ❤️ not even sure what to do.

Oh when worship began I began to sing each song, to worship with intentional purpose to draw close to God.

And then there that urge, that tug I needed more, the only one to help with that heavy weighted heart was Jesus and Holy Spirit!

To the Alter I went to pray, to bow before my maker, my Savior and Friend and there He met me in my moment of need.

That's a reminder for me tonight, tomorrow and the days ahead to the Alter to pray, He's waiting you just got to take action and move...

Nothing Else

OH THE LOAD AT TIMES SEEMS HARD TO CARRY.
BUT I KNOW THAT YOU ARE ALWAYS THERE.
DON'T LET ME GIVE IN TO THE WAYS OF THIS WORLD.
HELP TO BE KIND AND GENTLE EVERY TIME.

LORD LET YOUR LIGHT ALWAYS SHINE IN WHATEVER MAY COME MY WAY.
FOR IT'S YOU THAT I WANT TO PLEASE AND HAVE FAVOR WITH NOT MANKIND OR THE WORLD BUT ONLY THEE.

THOUGH THE TASK BE GREAT I KNOW THAT YOU WILL NEVER FORSAKE ME.
I LOOK TO YOU LORD TO PROTECT AND ALWAYS GUIDE ME IN WHAT EVER THE TASK.

LET ME ALWAYS TURN TO THEE AND NEVER TO ANYTHING ELSE FOR IT'S YOU THAT'S IMPORTANT AND NOTHING ELSE.

The Best

   There is no friend like the one I know and He is closer then anyone that I could even think or know.
I don't know what I would do if I didn't have Him right by my side to coach and say get up you can do it don't give up or give in.

   There have been times I just wanted to throw in the towel and say forget it whats the use, but oh what Grace He affords my way. He gently bends down and whispers it's just ahead can't you see it. It's the finish line but oh so many hurdle's to climb.
    
   I'm so thankful that I don't have to go it alone for rest assured I 'd surely fail. Now in this I know that in Christ I can depend and you to my friend for your the reason that He came. Don't just push Him aside when He knocks on your hearts door just as I did let Him come in.

You've Done It Unto Him

I met a man along the road one day, now is he friend or foe I don't know.
But I took him anyway.

God He don't look on the outside of people don't you know.
He See's the need on the inside that's what He wants to feed.

For you or I it might take a step of faith, to feed , to visit or whatever the need ,
But when we've done it unto these we've done it unto Him.
